All the main attractions like Vatican, Basilica di San Pietro, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, Pincio and Villa Borghese are easily reachable in a few minutes on foot or in 1 or 2 stops with the nearby underground station of Lepanto.

Situated in the centre of the Prati district, the Hotel Metropolis allows its guests to easily reach not just the main touristic attractions of Rome, but also the numerous restaurants and shops of the city.

How to reach us

By train
From Termini train station and also from the other main stations, the hotel is comfortably reachable with the underground line A, getting off at the stop Lepanto that lies at 5 minutes on foot from the hotel.

By plane
From the airport of Rome Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci you can reach the hotel booking the transfer service, taking a taxi (attention: only the taxi authorized by the Comune di Roma that are provided with taximeter) or using the railway service Leonardo Express, which leaves every 30 minutes direction Termini station. From here you can reach the hotel with the underground A to the stop Lepanto.
The airport of Rome Ciampino lies at a few stops by bus from the line A of the underground Agnina. From here, take the underground and get off at the stop Lepanto very close to the hotel. Alternatively, you can book the transfer service of the hotel or take a taxi.

By car
From north motorway A1 (from Florence): take the exit Roma Nord, go on until the exit Settebagni, go on along all Via Salaria, then take the right exit of Via del Foro Italico direction S.Pietro.
From South motorway A1 (from Naples): take the exit Roma Sud, then Grande Raccordo Anulare (G.R.A.) exit 1, go on along Via Aurelia until Piazza Irnerio, then Mura Vaticane.
